President & Founder

Allan Grant brings more than three decades of operational leadership experience to Stand Fast Consulting, grounded in a career that began in the high-performance environment of food and beverage operations. As a Red Seal Endorsed (RSE) professional, he developed disciplined expertise in systems execution, cost control, quality standards, and workflow optimization — skills forged in industries where margins are tight and leadership happens in real time. Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles including Culinary Consultant, Sales Manager, and General Manager, leading teams under pressure while managing profitability, performance standards, and customer experience at scale. 

To complement his extensive frontline experience, Allan earned an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management along with a Graduate Certificate in Management, is a certified business coach and is a certified coach through an ICF accredited training program, a certified Mindset facilitator through the Pacific Institute and currently works with a Calgary not-for-profit organization helping people start businesses. This combination of lived operational rigor and advanced business education allows him to approach coaching through both a tactical and strategic lens. His expertise spans systems development, accountability culture, sales team performance, margin discipline, and organizational alignment, with depth in food service, trades, and owner-operated businesses. 

Allan’s consulting and coaching approach is rooted in authentic leadership and practical execution rather than abstract theory. He focuses on helping small-to-medium business owners install robust internal systems, strengthen mindset and delegation capacity, and align teams around clear performance standards. The result is a disciplined yet human centred framework that supports sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and leadership evolution.
